TRAI 2019 new rule, channel price list:
The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has started informing the subscribers about the future television tariffs changes, which would apply to service providers like local cable operators and Dish Television (DTH)
TRAI’s new broadcasting and cable television regulatory has to implement before January 31, 2019, is the deadline for implementation and the new rule would start effectively from February 1, 2019.
In the new rule, the customer has to choose a minimum 100 channel and pay the selected channel cost to the broadcaster. The TRAI require all customer selected channel list before 31 January 2019

As per TRAI 2019 new rule press release, the customer will have full freedom to choose the 100 free channel (Free to Air Channel) in SD resolution from January 10, the base pack price would be Rs 130 ( exclusive of taxes) with tax the price would be 130+23.4 = 153.40 Rupees.
In the press statement, TRAI has said, “Consumer has complete freedom to choose their desired 100 Standard Definition (SD) channels within the network capacity fee of maximum Rs 130.
The desired channels could be in a-la-carte, Free to Air channels, or Pay channels or bouquet of pay channels or any combination thereof. The choice completely rests with the consumers.”
The meaning of the above statement is, the 100 channels offered in the pack of Rs 130 can be decided by the customer. How customer decides this 100 channel combination entirely depends on them, they can chosen channel could be from free to air or paid channels or broadcaster bouquet of the channel.
